A Firewall doesn’t stop this person whose origination is in Canada and is recorded in my Log in Norton Internet 2006. Passwords are stolen, Email is stolen, Files & programs are illegally accessed and downloaded, and two other pc’s have been gutted of all of their records in Archival History in Yahoo & MSN Instant Messaging, despite HiJacking Sheilds being in place with Spysweeper, Ewido, CCleaner, & other anti-malware/adware programs on pc’s.
What measures can be employed to stop this person from her illegal domestic terrorism campaign?

report the guy to your isp provider. call them and tell them you’ve been attacked. they should be able to look up your ip adress, and check logs that have the hackers ip. most likely though, if the hacker is good, his ip is bouncing all over the place, so it could take them a while.
or….easisest way, have your isp change your ip adress.
