As to “Time for Change”, I think it means he’ll change his grand promises because there’s already no money in the coffers. After bank bail-outs, free drugs for senior citizens and welfare checks of various types (not to mention the War expenses, which are a drop in the bucket relative to social security), there’s not going to be enough tax revenue to even pay the interest on government debt.

“He said we’ve got a lot of work ahead and would be in touch soon about “whats next.”

Finally he closes with his “one clear message”…

“All of this happened because of you. ” ”

What do you think that meant? Look at it from a religious point of view. Obama is not “The One,” the “Messiah,” or any of those names. He is “the one,” the one that will lead us straight into damnation! That’s “what’s next!”

Even he said it, “All of this happened because of you. “

Time: A nonspatial continuum in which events occur in apparently irreversible succession from the past through the present to the future.
For: Used to indicate the object, aim, or purpose of an action or activity.
Change: To cause to be different

Sounds to me like he is going to make the country different. He indicates when he is going to do this by saying “time for”, as he believes (as he has through his entire campain) that the country is in need of a change.
