I am constantly receiving unsolicited spam emails from the McCain campaign. No matter how many times I unsubscribe (even though I never subscribed in the first place), they continue to send spam emails.
It’s certainly illegal to spam people repeatedly, especially when it’s unsolicited and unsubscribe requests are being ignored. So, I’m sure it’s illegal for this shady campaign to use internet spam in a last ditch effort to try to get votes.
Who do I report this activity to? What commission oversees illegal campaign practices, and what authority has the right to penalize them?
Thanks!
I’m not a Democrat. I don’t care which candidate it comes from. It’s illegal and shady, and it’s certainly not moral for any presidential candidate to do.

you poor whiney democrat. McCain sends spam, Obama gives $800,000 to a voter fraud organization. And you call the McCain campaign shady.

Go to the actual McCain website and send them a copy of the email and inform them that someone is scamming people while trying to appear as the McCain campaign. I’ve done this before and they usually take care of it.
